These Terms and Conditions apply when you use alifanalytics.com, buy our digital products or use our services. The website and services are provided by Alif Analytics, a business based in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan ("we", "our", "us"). By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not try to disrupt the site, access it without authorisation, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
2. Services
Our AI development, mobile app development and training services are provided under a separate proposal, quotation or agreement. That document sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, schedule and cancellation terms, and it takes priority over these terms if they differ.
3. Digital products
Purchase and payment. Our digital products, including The AI Engineer Interview Playbook and the Interview Pack, are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax and delivery. Gumroad's terms for buyers also apply to your purchase.
Your licence. When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the files, in whole or in part. For team or company licences, contact us.
Delivery. Products are delivered by download link immediately after purchase.
Accuracy. Our guides are educational. We check them carefully and state the date each version was last checked, but technology, tools and interview practices change, and we cannot guarantee that every detail remains current. Buying a guide does not guarantee a job offer or interview result.
4. Refunds
Refunds for digital products are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Mobile apps
Our mobile apps are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and by the terms of the app store you download them from.
6. Intellectual property
All content on our website and in our products, including text, designs, diagrams, code samples and branding, belongs to Alif Analytics or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Code samples in our products may be used in your own projects unless stated otherwise.
7. Third-party links and services
Our website may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers
The website and our digital products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Rawalpindi have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections that the law of your country gives you.
